When you move In
When you move into your new home we will provide you with a comprehensive Homeowners Manual that will have all the information on your property. With details on all Materials used, Manufacturers, Contact Details, Warranties and Certification. This will also include details of your ‘Builders Warranty’

Aftercare
After you have moved into your new home we want you to be happy, so we will not turn our back on you. On the day of completion we realise there is a lot of information to digest, so should you have any questions or identify any minor defects within the first 7 days, then we will be only too pleased to deal with these. Once an item has been reported via email, our Customer care Manager will assess any items causing you concern and arrange any necessary works. We will endeavor to respond to your email within 72 hours. Our dedicated Customer Care Manager will attend to items of repair during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 8.00 – 17.00. For all emergencies, please refer to “Essential Information” on page 2 of your Purchaser Information pack. In the unlikely event that you encounter remedial items with your new home, please keep a note of these and they can be discussed during a visit which can be arrange at your new home around twelve months after legal completion.
